Christmas Parade In Burlington
On Sunday December 7th Crave participated in Burlington’s Annual Santa Claus Parade. It was really chilly, but we had fun. Crave sang Holiday songs to spread some more Holiday cheer to all those who came. We also shared our key messages with them and let them know how to get more information about us by visiting our website cravethetruth.ca. Overall it was an awsome and jolly day and we were happy to see all who came out, and for all who learned a little more about Crave this Holiday Season. Happy Holidays!
ACTION WEEK FOR DETOX!!!

Tobacco Free Sports -themed ACTION Week was very successful for us Detox Peer Leaders. We decided to attend a Fergus Devils’ hockey game to provide others with tobacco free sports info. It was an amazing night with a wonderful turn out. Many hockey fans were very excited and happy with this event. We provided the fans with surveys, pamphlets, and FREE swag!
Fans were very excited to see Smokey (our mascot ) and two other Peer Leaders who attended the ice at half time. The media arrived so we hope that our picture will be in the paper sharing our event with others who could not attend.
Detox left that night with grins on their faces from the overall success, and hoping our next event is just as great.
